Grill’d is hiring a seasoned Senior Paralegal in Melbourne for a part-time onsite role (3 to 4 days per week) reporting to the Head of Legal. You’ll own licensing work from premises licences (liquor and food) to renewals and support contracts, compliance and legal operations while partnering with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ legal or compliance support, solid contracts experience, and ideally exposure to food, liquor licensing, retail or FMCG. Bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset, autonomy, sharp attention to detail and strong stakeholder relationships.
