Yotpo is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to own a defined book of named agency partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, and align Sales, Marketing, and Product around joint business plans in a Toronto hybrid environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS partnerships or business development, a proven revenue track record, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead QBRs, and forecast performance in the ecommerce and agency ecosystem. You will focus on strategic partner ownership, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as the voice of partners to Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue. As a Senior Partner Manager at Yotpo, you will own and grow a defined book of named agency partners. This role is focused on strategic relationship ownership, revenue expansion, and tier progression.
You will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for your partners, developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention. The Senior Partner Manager is accountable for measurable ecosystem impact and serves as a strategic extension of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
This is a revenue-responsible, relationship-first role requiring strong commercial acumen and executive-level partner engagement.

Base salary $130,000-160,000
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
