Foodstuffs is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for Mangere Support Centre, a full-time onsite role that owns payroll for the salaried team and supports payrolls as needed. This role requires accuracy and NZ payroll compliance, including Holidays Act PAYE ACC and parental leave, plus the ability to interpret employment agreements and manage payroll queries via ServiceNow. You’ll handle new starters, changes, payments, reporting, IRD payday filing, and contribute to improvements. PayGlobal experience is a bonus. We're looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our People & Capability team and play a key role in ensuring our Support Centre payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with best practice. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, future-focused environment where your expertise will make a real difference to our people every pay cycle.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for our Support Centre salaried team while supporting weekly payrolls when required. You'll ensure payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
