Job Overview:

The Senior Principal Administrative Asst has developed breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of administration processes, procedures, and systems, and can act as a technical expert in an area. They are responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent.  

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support for the Vice President along with team members based in multiple US and International locations
  • Prepare presentations, and spreadsheets, compile data for reports and documents
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Research and create presentations
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the team
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize travel arrangements for senior managers such as booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.  
  • Plan domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Expense tracking and reporting for the team
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records for the team
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality 

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Must possess a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience working as part of a Communications or Marketing team is a plus
