Experienced Product Analyst with strong
eCommerce and online platform experience to join our high-performing Online Products team.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role suited to someone who is curious, analytical, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where customer experience and platform performance are everything.
What you’ll be doing·
Lead analysis and requirements for enhancements, new features, and platform improvements across our eCommerce products. ·
Translate business needs into clear specifications — user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured backlog items that drive high‑quality delivery. ·
Support customer integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding, fast speed‑to‑revenue, and strong ongoing merchant outcomes. ·
Drive day‑to‑day excellence of our eComm Gateway by managing incoming requests, refining processes, and keeping delivery aligned to business priorities. ·
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to align requirements, resolve conflicts, and enable successful product outcomes.
What you’ll bring·
Experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in eCommerce, payments, or online platforms ·
Strong ability to turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ·
Confidence working with Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional squads in an Agile environment ·
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modelling techniques ·
Solid understanding of non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, resilience, security) ·
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ·
Strong analytical skills, ideally with SQL and BI tools ·
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
