Senior Product Manager

Due to major growth we are expanding our Product team in Perth and currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our product delivery and product discovery processes, with a focus on achieving both strategic and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and testing, to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure timely and quality delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Drive the product discovery process by defining and refining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leveraging user feedback and market insights
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven product decisions.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement
What you will bring to the role:
- A bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology/digital business.
- Experience delivering products iteratively via modern methodologies, including but not limited to ShapeUp, Kanban, Scrum, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit the audience and clearly articulate complex concepts
