We’re entering one of the most exciting chapters in our company’s history. As Go1 continues to push into new territory with AI-powered capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior PMM who can help us reimagine what workforce enablement looks like. If you’re energised by the idea of shaping something before the rest of the world catches up, this role was built for you.

About the role: 

This is a Senior PMM role with genuine strategic scope. You’ll be responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution for Go1’s newest AI-powered capabilities, working closely with product managers on early-stage validation, positioning, and ICP development before taking that thinking all the way through to field-ready launch assets and customer communications. 

You’re not inheriting a finished playbook. You’re building one for some of the most commercially important work Go1 is doing right now. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you’ll need to be sharp at both. 

What you’ll do: 

Product GTM 

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Go1’s newest AI-powered capabilities, from market validation through to full commercial launch 
  • Define positioning and messaging tailored to buyer personas and target segments 
  • Validate ICPs through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and early market research 
  • Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and CS teams to ensure aligned execution at launch and beyond 
  • Run discovery calls and feedback sessions with customers and prospects in partnership with product to sharpen both roadmap and narrative 
  • Own the ongoing narrative for each capability post-launch, keeping positioning sharp as the product and market evolve 

Field Enablement 

  • Build and maintain assets that show up at every stage of the funnel: pitch narratives, one-pagers, objection handling guides, demo scripts, and discovery frameworks 
  • Partner with Sales and CS to ensure consistent, confident product storytelling across the GTM motion 

Customer and Market Intelligence 

  • Build a deep working knowledge of the buyer landscape, competitive environment, and market trends across Go1’s new capability areas 
  • Synthesise voice-of-customer insights from customer calls, research, and field feedback to sharpen positioning 
  • Contribute competitive intelligence that keeps the GTM team well-informed and well-prepared 

What you’ll bring 

  • Ideally, you bring 6+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, product, or operations, with at least 3+ years in product marketing or product management 
  • Experience entering new markets or launching into new categories, not just iterating on established ones 
  • Strong positioning instincts: you can take an ambiguous product area and turn it into a clear, compelling story for a specific buyer 
  • Demonstrated experience building field-ready assets  
  • Comfort partnering with product on early-stage validation, ICP development, and narrative design 
  • Research and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insight to ground your messaging decisions 
  • Experience in HR tech, learning technology, or B2B SaaS is a plus 
  • You’re based in Australia
