Shield is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end governance for complex, multi-stream SaaS deployments in regulated environments, guiding customers from pre-contract activities through go-live and production handover. This is senior delivery leadership, not a project coordination role, with a focus on turning complexity into structure, delivering on time and within budget while creating measurable business value. Success hinges on executive stakeholder management, risk and dependency orchestration, cross functional leadership across time zones, and disciplined governance. To apply, showcase 4–7 years leading enterprise programs in multi-disciplinary settings, proven end-to-end SaaS implementations, experience with external partners, and comfort in financial services or regulated sectors; highlight Jira, governance frameworks, POC to production transitions, and quantified outcomes.
