They are a global specialist in land use planning and sustainable infrastructure, and they welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Sizewell C is advancing a new nuclear power station in Suffolk, a project designed to deliver reliable low‑carbon electricity and strengthen the UK’s energy security. The company is recruiting experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of major building packages within the Main Civil Works programme at Sizewell C, with opportunities across several scopes from office and operational buildings to technically complex reinforced‑concrete infrastructure housing critical electrical systems. Each package carries its own delivery challenge, and the right candidate will own the package from pre‑construction and design development through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Delivery Leadership for Sizewell C Major Building Packages
You will assume end‑to‑end responsibility for a major building package within the Sizewell C Main Civil Works programme, with alignment to one of several packages that could include office and operational facilities, technically complex electrical infrastructure buildings, or other substantial civil and structural works. This is a senior delivery leadership role that requires directing design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, and providing leadership across engineering, construction, commercial and supply chain teams to ensure the package is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the programme’s technical, quality and delivery requirements.
In close collaboration with the Client, consultants, alliance partners, contractors and the wider project organisation, you will shape and execute the delivery strategy and manage intricate interfaces with adjacent works such as galleries, backfill, temporary works, earthworks, utilities and neighbouring buildings. Advice for Applicants on Your Sizewell C Candidacy
Lead your CV with end‑to‑end delivery experience on a major building package within a large infrastructure programme, and tie it to the Sizewell C scale where possible, design development through handover, plus interface management with adjacent works.
When you describe your must‑have skills, back them up with concrete examples: how you controlled programme, cost, risk and change, and how you coordinated diverse teams across engineering, construction and procurement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Be ready to walk through a real project that shows your ability to manage complex interfaces with galleries, backfill, temporary works and earthworks, and to apply lessons from regulated environments or nuclear projects if you have them. Mention any Earned Value Management experience or formal project controls experience that aligns with Sizewell C expectations.
Come with a thoughtful interview question that shows you’ve thought about the delivery challenges on Sizewell C, such as how the delivery strategy handles interfaces across adjacent works or how EPR lessons are embedded into current risk and change plans.
