What you’ll do

  • Provides direction to a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, on complex cases and helping the team to build their confidence and knowledge through coaching. 

  • Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.

  • Writing and reviewing guidance, promotional materials, digital content and campaigns to make sure they’re accurate, engaging, customer-friendly, and land on time.

  • Keeping trackers, forecasts and performance data updated so we stay on track, spot risks early and ensure sales transactions run smoothly.

  • Championing smarter ways of working, helping us use digital tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to save time and deliver great service.

  • Representing our statutory sales team at events and meetings, bringing our work to life and showing how we help customers and communities thrive.

You have

  • Experience in affordable home ownership sales, with knowledge in Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and resales. Skilled in case management from enquiry through to completion, ensuring compliance and positive outcomes.

  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end sales campaigns and improving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

  • Good working knowledge of compliance standards, relevant regulations and affordable housing rules. 

  • Excellent reporting and data management skills, with expertise in maintaining accurate sales records and using Customer Relationship Management tools like Salesforce. Able to interpret sales data to generate insights that drive performance improvements.

  • A talent for motivating others and contributing to overall success as a highly effective team member and coach.

  • Prospecting and lead generation, nurturing experience in sales activity planning and organisation skills.

  • This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend a minimum of two days in the office, others working at home or across our property locations where required. 

  • Able to use technology for keeping accurate records, online advertising and marketing, producing reports and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
