Al Shirawi Group seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a full-time onsite role in the UAE. The job centers on contract administration, variations and interim payments, subcontractor management, and cost control, with a focus on drawings, quantity analysis. You’ll review client contracts, align subcontractor agreements, validate site billing, prepare interim payment applications, and raise variation claims against IFT/IFC drawings and EOTs, while flagging de-scoping, long lead items and cashflow risks to operations. Requirements: National Certificate in QS, 4 to 5 years’ experience, good communication and leadership. • Responsibilities
• Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI’s, PA, PC, etc.
• Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages
• Review and comment the draft contracts received from clients
• Sub contractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction to our main contract 
• Subcon billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification
• Preparation of interim payment applications
• Attending meetings with main contractor, client, etc.
• Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any. 
• Preparation of EOT claims
• Preparation of CTC and statement of final account
• Timely alert to operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow related issues

• National Certificate in QS
