Mashreq is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for the Emirati Gold.Injaz, RBG Emirati Deposits Team, in the United Arab Emirates, full time onsite. The role is to proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic banking presence, maintain close client contact to secure a major share of their wallet, and solicit and manage opportunities that meet agreed risk-reward parameters. You will deliver liabilities targets and cross-sell other bank products, coordinate service delivery across the organization, and work with RBG, CIBG and the SME FX team to maximize opportunities through regular contact and cross referrals. Ensure credit risk is managed during facilities execution and uphold KYC AML and high value transaction monitoring. Self-starter, productivity-focused. To apply well, spotlight measurable deposits growth, UAE regulatory and Islamic banking experience, proven relationship management with Emirati clients, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration and compliant growth.


  • To proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence 

  • To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way, which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.

  • To proactively solicit / manage businesses, which meet agreed risk-reward parameters of the unit.

  • To deliver agreed liabilities numbers and significant cross-sell of other products of the bank.

  • Intra-organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients.

  • To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG and CIBG and the SME FX team to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, co-ordination, and cross referrals.

  • To ensure that the credit risk on account of facilities execution 

  • To ensure compliance requirements for the relationships are adhered to in line with the banks policies – KYC, AML, account reviews as per risk levels and high value transaction monitoring.
