Your tasks:

As a Senior Strategy Analyst (f/m/d), your work focuses on analysing market, competitive, and regulatory developments and translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights. From these insights, you derive strategic implications, develop options, and formulate well-founded recommendations for senior management. By consolidating input from different business areas and constructively challenging assumptions, you help ensure a consistent and coherent strategic direction across the Group. A key aspect of the role involves preparing high-quality, decision-oriented materials for the Management Board and relevant committees. This includes strategy updates, in-depth analyses, and ad hoc briefings. Additionally, the position requires assessing growth and positioning opportunities, such as entering new markets, developing products, and evaluating selected pricing-related topics, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The role further contributes to strengthening strategic alignment by supporting clear communication and promoting a structured and high-quality planning approach across the organization. Targeted analyses on key market and business developments complement the responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and to actively influence strategic decision-making at the highest level. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.

You bring along:

  • A master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in the energy sector, financial markets, consulting or a related field
  • A self-driven, structured and proactive working style, combined with a strong intrinsic motivation for strategic topics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure, summarise and communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly
  • A collaborative mindset, confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
