Orica in Bluevale, NSW seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead the emulsion plant. Initially the 2IC to the site supervisor for three months, then full site responsibility. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure safety, health and environmental compliance, manage production schedules to meet customer demands, drive process improvements, and mentor operators while coordinating with maintenance for equipment reliability. Requirements include supervisory experience in manufacturing, the ability to lead cross functional teams, a strong safety focus, mechanical and process aptitude, excellent problem solving and computer literacy, and a background in engineering or manufacturing. Local residency is required (Gunnedah, Boggabri, Narrabri). The role offers a competitive salary, bonus and a clear career path on a Monday to Friday roster.

After this period, you will transition to full site responsibility as the current supervisor moves to a part-time leadership role within Orica.
