aioneers is expanding its Munich team with a Senior Supply Chain Consultant – Digitalisierung & Analytics (m/f/d). The company helps organisations make faster, AI-powered decisions across supply chains by combining advisory work with analytics and innovative solutions. They operate with an international, entrepreneurial culture that values ownership, diversity and real impact.

The role is full-time and onsite in Munich, working with experienced colleagues to transform global supply chains for leading clients across industries. You’ll analyse current processes, design data-driven approaches and guide projects from concept to implementation, while steadily expanding your expertise and taking on more responsibility over time.

If you enjoy pairing technology with operations, shaping practical solutions, and collaborating with an international team that supports ongoing learning, this position could be a great fit for you.

Shaping digital supply chains from Munich

On typical engagements you’ll begin by mapping end-to-end supply chain processes, spotting optimization opportunities and translating those insights into concrete design proposals. You’ll develop and deploy practical solutions in areas like inventory management, S&OP, demand forecasting, master planning and supply chain controlling, always aligning with client goals and constraints. In parallel, you’ll offer strategic input on how to digitize the chain and embed data-driven decision models, including AI and machine-learning approaches, into client operations. Beyond delivery, you’ll contribute to refining the firm’s consulting methods and assets, sharing lessons learned to raise the bar for future work.

The essentials for this role

  • A completed master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, business informatics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • At least four years of consulting experience, with a focus on supply chain management or related industrial roles
  • Proven experience leading project work or subprojects and coordinating with client teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a precise, structured way of working
  • Interest in new technologies and digital solutions, including machine learning, mathematical modeling and using supply chain data
  • Excellent communication, high motivation and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-haves

Compensation, benefits and practical details

The role includes an attractive equity participation program tied to company performance, and a permanent contract to support long-term development. From day one you’ll receive support and mentorship as you ramp up, and you’ll join a culture that values diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity.

Flexible working arrangements and family-friendly hours support a healthy work–life balance, with hybrid options and the option to work onsite as needed. You’ll enjoy more vacation days than the statutory minimum: 30+2 per year. The company outfits staff with modern equipment, including up-to-date notebooks and mobile devices, to enable smooth digital collaboration.

In addition, there’s a pension and disability insurance provided through a direct-insurance arrangement, and you’ll be covered by a comprehensive insurance package. Team and sports events help colleagues connect and recharge outside of client work.

Advice for applicants

Lead with a concise summary of your consulting impact in supply chain on your resume. Open with a project where you mapped an end-to-end process, identified optimization potential and delivered measurable improvements in areas like inventory, forecasting or planning.

Demonstrate the must-have skills with a concrete example. Describe a case where you used data, models or ML methods to drive a decision, and explain how you collaborated with operations and stakeholders to implement the change.

Be ready for interview questions about end-to-end process analysis and your role in subprojects. Prepare a specific project example where you shaped a digital solution, and be prepared to discuss challenges around client alignment and change management.

Ask a smart, targeted question that shows you understand the role and client work, for instance: how does aioneers tailor data-driven decision models across industries, and what assets or methodologies do they rely on to accelerate client impact?
