  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, CAPEX reports, and management reports.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with procurement and supply chain operations teams.
  • Perform inventory control activities, including reconciliations, provisions, and alignment with S&OP processes.
  • Support CAPEX submissions, continuous improvement initiatives, and supply chain-related projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders on contract reviews, cost optimisation, pricing improvements, and financial decision support.
  • Support half-year and year-end financial close and external audit requirements.
  • Drive process improvements across reporting, analytics, and systems, including automation, enhanced workflows, and emerging technologies (such as AI), to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Assist with Half-Year and External Audits.

What You Will Bring

To be successful, you will bring a strong background in manufacturing or supply chain finance, combined with a process-driven mindset and a track record of improving reporting or operational processes.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance within FMCG, dairy, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve, automate, or standardise finance or reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical capability across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cost analysis.
  • High commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
