Day-to-day rhythm in the role
You’ll partner with the Process Lead - Source to Pay (or delegate) to integrate and manage supply chain processes and data, supporting documentation, controls, and governance alignment with organizational standards. The role is suited to someone who can help streamline how information moves between teams and ensure the processes meet local needs while aligning with broader governance policies.
Expect to work across central and site supply chain teams to refine global logistics workflows and the information that supports them. You’ll provide insights into process and data inefficiencies, help identify opportunities for improvement, and support the transformation program’s aim to standardize and simplify the people, processes and technology that connect Supply Chain, Asset Management and Finance.
Day-to-day duties include gathering requirements, mapping processes, validating future-state designs, and assisting with data migration by pinpointing key data sources. You’ll contribute to testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and help develop training materials tailored to local sites or regions. You’ll also monitor process performance metrics, address bottlenecks, and escalate risks or change-management issues as needed, collaborating with change-management teams to keep stakeholders informed.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
- At least ten years of progressive experience in relevant supply chain roles
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
- A deep understanding of internal operating and supply chain dynamics, with the ability to use corporate intelligence to inform direction
- Hands-on SAP experience and a track record in process documentation, analysis, and optimization
- Strong ability to work across functional and geographical boundaries and build collaborative relationships to drive process integration and adoption
- Clear communication and influencing skills including effective conflict resolution between leaders, business owners and functional teams
- Ability to align process design with strategic objectives while ensuring operational efficiency at a global scale
- Ability to assess sophisticated business procedures and information assets, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements
