The opportunity

Join our Energy and Utilities team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Auckland New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire high calibre talent. You will play a critical role in enabling business growth through innovative sourcing approaches, data driven decision making and a strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.

Working as part of the People and Culture function, you will contribute to a high performing ANZ Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, supporting national and regional projects across our Energy and Utilities lines of business.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded talent acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You will bring

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to onboarding
  • A data driven approach with strong analytical capability to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and deliver results to tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
  • A passion for continuous improvement innovation and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
