We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our team, and lead end to end executive and senior level recruitment across their allocated Corporate portfolio. This role goes beyond delivery – you’ll provide strategic talent advice, bring market insights to the business, and shape hiring outcomes for critical roles. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, build proactive talent pipelines and deliver a high quality, seamless candidate experience aligned to the Qantas brand.
You will also play a key role in uplifting capability across the TA team, coaching on best practice recruitment, driving quality outcomes, and embedding continuous improvement.
