Advice for applicants
Lead with cross‑functional delivery results in your résumé, especially where you’ve driven infrastructure and capacity projects, regional deployments and model onboarding, and show the outcomes and timelines you achieved.
When you describe your must‑have skills, point to a project where you mapped the critical path, managed dependencies and multiple streams, and kept progress moving while risks were managed in a fast‑changing environment.
In interviews, be ready to talk through how you facilitated technical decisions, owned delivery across engineering managers, tech leads and product teams, and how you improved delivery processes to make execution predictable without burning out teams.
Ask a smart question about Token Factory’s current priorities for region launches, how delivery success is measured, and how the team balances speed with reliability in a high‑growth setting.
