KJR, a national technology consultancy with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and the Gold Coast, is inviting a Senior Test Analyst to join a Brisbane-based, hybrid role on a short-term contract that runs through the end of this year. The team helps organisations deliver technology solutions through testing, quality engineering, data and advisory services, and they value curiosity, continual learning and meaningful client outcomes. The role sits in a firm that’s earned recognition for workplace culture and inclusion, and partners with clients across sectors like government, healthcare, transport and utilities.

You’ll be focused on end-to-end ERP testing across Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes, covering SIT, UAT, functional testing, regression cycles and data migration validation. This position expects hands-on experience testing complex warehouse and supply chain flows, think replenishment, cycle counting, MRP/planning optimisation, inventory management and multi-site data migration, within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM / FinOps environment.

If you enjoy translating business needs into solid test deliverables, collaborating with business analysts, SMEs, developers and system integrators, and helping a project run smoothly toward quality outcomes, this could be a good fit. KJR emphasises collaboration, learning and delivering practical improvements for clients, with a track record across sectors and a supportive culture across its national footprint.

Steering end-to-end ERP testing across multi-site operations

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll design and execute test cases and scenarios that span functional checks, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression cycles and end-to-end flows, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria and project milestones.

In practice, you’ll conduct thorough validation across D365 F&SCM / D365 FinOps, covering Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets; Procurement and Sourcing; Inventory Management; and Advanced Warehouse Management, while also validating core Supply Chain processes. You’ll test intricate warehouse activities, replenishment, cycle counting, picking, packing, receiving, stock movements and inventory transactions, and you’ll validate MRP and planning optimisation workflows alongside associated supply chain interactions. Data migration testing and reconciliation across source and target systems will be part of the role, as will confirming end-to-end ERP processes across multiple sites, systems and integrations. Collaboration with Business Analysts, subject matter experts, developers and system integrators will refine requirements and acceptance criteria, while you investigate defects, data discrepancies and root-cause issues and help identify gaps in requirements or coverage. You’ll manage testing activities and defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools, and you’ll provide clear reporting on progress, risks, defects and overall quality. Supporting UAT coordination and business validation will also be part of your remit, along with contributing to improvements in test efficiency, automation and quality practices.

Tips to stand out for this Senior Test Analyst role

Lead your resume with your D365 F&SCM / FinOps hands-on testing experience, then highlight end-to-end ERP testing across SIT, UAT, functional and regression cycles, along with your data migration validation work and multi-site testing experience.

Show concrete proof of the must-have skills by citing specific projects where you led or contributed to ERP testing efforts, demonstrated data migration validation, used Azure DevOps for defect tracking and reporting, and collaborated with business stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.

For interview readiness, prepare to discuss warehouse processes you’ve tested in depth, replenishment, cycle counting, inventory movements and MRP planning optimisation, and how you approached end-to-end testing across sites and integrations. Be ready to walk through how you identify gaps in test coverage and how you would structure UAT coordination with business validation teams.

Smart question to ask: what would a successful first four weeks look like on this project, and how is cross-site coordination handled when validating end-to-end ERP processes across multiple sites and integrations?
