TripArc is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. We translate complex user needs and business problems into clear, scalable product experiences that support the evolving travel ecosystem. Acting as the voice of Destination Experts, Travel Advisors, and DMCs (suppliers), you will help design tools that power the business of travel—from lead management and trip creation to booking and post-trip workflows.
This role is ideal for a designer who excels at UX discovery, research, and problem definition, and who can think beyond individual features to design cohesive systems and end-to-end experiences. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks, grounding solutions in user insights, business goals, and platform constraints.
