As Senior Warehouse Specialist, you take ownership of our warehousing, inventory control, and incoming goods processes. You are responsible for the intralogistics that keeps production supplied, for the accuracy of our stock in the ERP system, and for the continuous improvement of the warehouse itself. You act as the interface between warehouse, purchasing, and production, and you help shape our processes, and act as backup for our logistician on outgoing shipments when needed. 
 
 

Your responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end intralogistics, inventory control, and warehouse management processes, including daily replenishment of production storage locations.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; ensure documentation and quality checks meet our standards.
  • Conduct the inventory count and regular cycle counts, and ensure physical stock consistently matches the ERP system.
  • Keep logistics ERP Master Data and workflows accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to optimize inventory levels and realize a smooth interface between warehouse and manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and take a lead role in optimization projects.
  • Act as backup for our Logistician (preparation and packing of shipments, and the 4-eye outgoing inspection).

Your profile

  • Completed logistics apprenticeship with further education (a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and intralogistics, ideally in a technical or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Solid, hands-on experience with warehouse related ERP modules; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
  • Track record in process optimization and lean management, with the ability to lead improvement initiatives.
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious working style with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
