About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage service bookings and customer enquiries
  • Liaise with customers to understand servicing needs
  • Communicate service progress and updates clearly
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and job cards
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and customer-first attitude
  • Current driver’s licence
