Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Service Coordinator in Bloomington to keep service operations moving by scheduling technicians, processing service work orders, and coordinating materials for service agreements and emergency calls while ensuring accurate documentation, timely invoicing and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Core duties include daily service scheduling, maintaining technician and subcontractor calendars, delivering prompt responses within guaranteed windows, reviewing labor and procurement costs for accuracy, and solving client issues with a proactive, client focused mindset. What matters most in your application is three to five years of project coordination or management, excellent customer service, strong organization and English communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, ticketing and ERP systems is a plus, as is willingness to travel and a safety minded approach.
