Make an impact through long-term customer relationships
You are the face of Siemens Electrification Automation for a portfolio of long-term service contracts within the energy transition. By combining customer focus, coordination skills and technical understanding, you ensure that service contracts are not only delivered successfully, but also create genuine value for our customers.

What will you be doing?
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing several service contracts. You will build long-term customer relationships, monitor service quality and ensure that all agreements are fulfilled. At the same time, you will look ahead, identify new opportunities and help customers get the most out of their installations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing, delivering and optimizing long-term service contracts and SLAs.
  • Discussing progress, performance, changes and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating with service engineers, project teams, suppliers and resource planning.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and advising customers on additional services.
  • Coordinating additional and reduced work within existing contracts.
  • Taking the lead on operational issues, escalations and incidents.
  • Supporting the preparation of activities and safeguarding safety and quality requirements.
What do you bring?
  • A bachelor’s-level working and thinking ability.
  • At least three years of experience with service contracts in an electrical engineering environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and customer relationship management.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
In-depth knowledge of low- or medium-voltage installations is not a strict requirement. At Siemens, you will work closely with technical specialists who provide this expertise. What matters most is your ability to understand technical challenges, discuss them with the relevant stakeholders and ensure appropriate follow-up.

The team
You will join a close-knit team of approximately ten professionals within Customer Services Sales & Operations. Together, you manage, develop and deliver service solutions for customers throughout the Netherlands.

The culture is open, entrepreneurial and collaborative. We trust each other’s expertise, work closely together and give one another the freedom to take initiative and make an impact.

About Siemens

Within Siemens Electrification Automation, we ensure that essential energy installations continue to operate reliably, safely and sustainably. From low- and medium-voltage installations to complex energy systems, our customers rely on our expertise every day.

What do we offer you?
  • A salary range of €5,247 to €6,559, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • A flexible benefits budget of 22.63%.
  • An electric company lease car.
  • 20 vacation days and 6 additional leave days.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
  • An annual health budget of €150.
