Pacific National is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist in Newcastle for a full-time onsite role on a rotating 12-hour roster, supporting safety and operational excellence across rail freight. In this position you will drive change programs, develop risk-based project plans, support planning and logistics to minimise disruptions, collaborate with internal teams and industry partners, and monitor performance metrics to fuel continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings experience in logistics or rail operations, knowledge of supply chain methods such as the Theory of Constraints, a proven track record delivering change projects, and strong stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple systems.
