In this role, you will be based at our customer service desk. This role entails assisting our customers with their inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.

This is a permanent, part-time position with the following hours of work:

• Sunday - Tuesday: 4:00pm - 12:30am

Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

• Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with POS systems
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
