Aruma is hiring a permanent full-time Service Leader Children’s Services in Cairns to oversee day-to-day coordination, quality and consistency of support for children and young people across assigned services, with travel between locations to provide onsite leadership. You’ll mentor Support Workers, embed trauma-informed and therapeutic practices, and ensure safe, developmentally supportive environments where children thrive. Essential: relevant qualification such as Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or Cert IV, plus willingness to meet regulatory requirements; strong leadership, communication and a drive for continuous improvement.
