The role focuses on directing field service teams, delivering safe efficient service, and achieving revenue, growth and profitability targets while managing labour, scheduling, and key service metrics. You will coach safety to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, nurture customer and supplier relationships, approve timesheets, oversee invoicing, and coordinate maintenance with travel to Pilbara and interstate as needed.
