Motors Hyundai Devonport is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our aftersales team. As the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and service department support. We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you will be doing:

  • Welcome customers to the service department and provide a professional first impression
  • Answer incoming calls and manage service-related enquiries
  • Schedule service bookings and coordinate customer appointments
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers throughout their service journey
  • Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks and customer communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records and dealership documentation
  • Process service paperwork and assist with daily operational tasks
  • Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas are presented to a high standard
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
