Louis Dreyfus Company is hiring a SHE Business Partner to drive Safety Health and Environment strategies across sites in Wee Waa, NSW. This full-time onsite role partners with the Country Senior SHE Manager and site leaders to strengthen safety culture, ensure regulatory and company standards compliance, and lead risk management through coaching, site inspections, audits, and incident and hazard monitoring. Expect regular travel across assets, contribute to SHE systems and training, and drive continuous improvement with audit action closure and trend reporting. Essential qualifications include Cert IV WHS (minimum), Diploma or higher preferred, and an auditor qualification desirable. We are seeking a SHE Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.
This role will support multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting proactive risk management and continuous improvement in SHE performance.
