About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Shift Supervisor - Cage to join our Cage team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Supervise daily cage operations including cashiering, vault operations, jackpot payouts, and credit issuance
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed and documented in compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations
Train, coach, and evaluate cage team members; assist in scheduling and maintaining adequate staffing levels
Monitor and control cashier paperwork, variances, and shift reports
Assign cashier banks and ensure key logs are properly maintained
Respond to and resolve patron inquiries and complaints professionally
Contact Surveillance for any suspicious activity and report incidents to management
Maintain excellent customer relations between cage team members and patrons
Monitor time and attendance, including breaks for cage team members
Act as a liaison between cage team members and other departments
Assist in implementing procedural changes and maintaining equipment functionality
Promote a positive work culture aligned with Wynn’s standards of luxury and service
About You:
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in finance or business preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of cage operations and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in IR management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
