Job Description

As Shopfloor Controller at IGT, you’ll be supporting the Factory to produce state-of-the-art X-ray machines for hospital operating rooms worldwide.


Your role:

  • Release and delivery of orders based on the planning maintained and initiated by the production planner.

  • Prioritize late orders to meet customer expectations.

  • Correct administration and registration of production/logistical order data.

  • Point of contact for all logistic issues within your specific building block(s).

  • Managing and reporting the production flow and proactively signal and handling on constraints. Daily or frequent communication with building block, team leads and procurement.

  • Responsible for stock reliability within your specific building block(s). Initiates the weekly cycle count and analyses the results.

  • Manage and administrate rejected materials.

  • Manage changes initiated by production planning or engineering.

  • Daily attendance of building block meetings and proactively inform flow disruptions, possible threats but also opportunities.

  • Manage rework orders (SAP ERP or SAP MES).

  • Solving all kinds of issues, for example problems with serial numbers, stock differences, or look for missing materials.

  • Monitoring and solving admirative backlog and unsolved issues based on monthly report (control plan monitor).

  • Initiating improvements (QEK’s).

  • Presenting and contributing to the weekly SFC meeting (comcell).

  • Physically handling a variety of materials.

  • Preparing a system and all required documentation for the packaging department.


You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Consistent attention to details / working accurately.

  • Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Team player.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is €36.609 Gross–€61.016 Gross. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for maximum 3% bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
