Philips is seeking a full-time onsite Technician to install professional High Tech Health Systems in the factory, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. You will install IGT equipment on time and to specification, solve problems creatively to meet customer needs, and submit improvement ideas to the operations team. The right candidate will have an LBO or MBO in electronics or mechatronics, a proven ability to deliver results and satisfy customers, a proactive can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work independently or with colleagues as needed. As a Technician , you will be responsible for installing our professional High Tech Health Systems in the factory.

Your role:

• Install Philips IGT equipment in the factory according standards with respect to quality and installation time.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure equipment performance to our standards.

• Be creative in problem solving to meet the customer requirements in an efficient, safe and qualitative way.

• Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards.

• Submit issues/improvement ideas to the operational team to support continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if:

• LBO/MBO in electronics or mechatronics.

• Eagerness to deliver results and high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

• “Can do” mentality and pro-active with a positive, open attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to engage with customers in a professional environment.

• Able to work independently and know how to team up with colleagues when needed.

• Fluent in English. Dutch is preferred.
