Zoku’s Sidekick Internship in Amsterdam is a hands-on, multi-department role for hospitality students starting August 2026, offering exposure to reception, bar, Living Kitchen service and events. As an operations all-rounder you’ll greet residents, manage check-ins and check-outs, craft drinks, serve meals, and help stage meetings with an eye for memorable guest experiences while applying an Always Beta mindset to improve processes. The program includes €750 monthly, 10 holiday days per 6 months, staff meals, a travel subsidy, and a close-knit, international team in a purpose-driven hotel concept.
