CAE is seeking a seasoned Simulator Technician III to join the Sydney Training Centre in St Peters, NSW, responsible for maintaining and enhancing Full Flight Simulators, leading shift technical activities, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring CASA and OEM compliance. The role demands advanced fault isolation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and qualification testing (QTG and ATG). Key candidates will have at least five years in simulator maintenance, aviation or defence environments, strong cross-disciplinary diagnostic skills, and hands-on experience with motion, visual, aircraft, or network systems. Provide a tailored resume that demonstrates leadership, problem solving on complex hardware and software, and experience on a 4 days on/off roster (7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am).

The Role
CAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulator Technician III to join our team at our Sydney Training Centre in St Peters, NSW.
This senior technical role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance of CAE's Full Flight Simulators and training devices. You will play a key role in supporting pilot training operations, leading technical activities across shifts, and mentoring developing technicians.
