You will lead a unionized team, manage plant and railcar movements, verify raw materials, and release finished products while maintaining ISO 9001 quality and safety standards. The role covers boilers, water treatment, effluent systems, and contractor safety, plus safety tours and permits. Ideal candidates have a three-year technical college diploma, three to four years of related experience, supervisory training, WHMIS and forklift certification, and familiarity with SAP. As a Site Foreman, you are responsible for supervising day‑to‑day site operations across production, warehousing, utilities, and quality control activities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you operate independently within broadly defined objectives and play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This position supports production continuity, product quality, environmental compliance, and strong collaboration with operations, laboratory, maintenance, and engineering teams.
