About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Site Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Visitors to our Dunedin Hub, providing a professional, welcoming and proactive experience. You will deliver a broad range of office and operational administrative services that support the effective day‑to‑day running of ACC’s Hubs and Sites, helping ensure customers are supported in the right way, at the right time.
You’ll play a pivotal role in providing front‑of‑house services, operational administration support and coordination across site activities, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $60,486 – $68,314 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time.
