Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer or Production Support Analyst, you will help keep critical Front Office applications running smoothly. These systems support pricing, trading, and risk management across multiple product lines.

You will work on platforms that process millions of transactions daily, involving trillions of dollars in assets. If working at serious scale excites you, this is for you.

This role blends technical problem solving with business impact and gives you real exposure to trading technology and processes. Flexibility to relocate may be required.

How the Alumni Program Works

  3. Join the mthree Academy for 6 week intensive online/remote training with other graduates, focusing on areas like Linux, SQL, databases, Python, DevOps and much more 
  4. Start a 12–24 month placement with one of our global clients, supported by frequent salary increases. 
  5. Most Alumni convert to permanent employees with the client after the program.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related STEM field (minimum 2:1).
  • Passion: Strong interest in Financial Markets and technology.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C).
    • Solid SQL database knowledge (e.g., Sybase, DB2, Oracle) for writing queries and analyzing logs.
    • Experience troubleshooting and debugging applications.
    • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Eligibility: Authorization to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
