Aspen Medical seeks a full-time, onsite SLT SME in the United Arab Emirates to provide comprehensive input beyond a standard SME model, supporting active pathway development, drafting, workshop participation, validation and final reporting. You will lead SLT input into the Communication and Language Disorders pathway, review project documents and Abu Dhabi service information, support situational analysis, define referral triggers and triage indicators, draft assessment and pathway considerations for all language domains, advise on differential diagnoses and AAC, and contribute to KPI development and the final report while attending workshops and design sessions. The ideal candidate is a licensed psychiatrist with extensive clinical experience in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand, strong mental health systems knowledge, QA or regulatory experience, and exceptional communication. To apply, tailor your CV to show pathway design, stakeholder facilitation, AAC expertise, and evidence of delivering outcomes in Abu Dhabi or DoH settings.
