You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
Provide strategic leadership for enterprise integration, setting standards and governing platform services in alignment with architecture and regulatory requirements. You’ll own integration strategy, delivery outcomes, and compliance assurance, while making key decisions on integration patterns, vendor solutions, and risk treatments. Drawing on your experience across enterprise integration, cloud platforms, and regulatory environments, you’ll guide the direction and integrity of regulatory (DRIVES) services.
Lead the delivery of complex integration initiatives across multi-cloud and legacy environments, ensuring security, resilience, and performance across platforms such as Salesforce, IIB/ACE, and KONG. You’ll establish best practices, drive DevSecOps and automation, and manage vendor engagements to meet contractual and performance expectations. You’ll also work closely with service partners and license management to maintain platform currency, support OPEX initiatives, and ensure ongoing operational efficiency.
Navigate challenges including integration complexity across diverse and regulated systems, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management. You’ll coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams to achieve seamless outcomes while safeguarding data integrity, security, and operational continuity. At the same time, you’ll mentor teams, uplift capability, and engage stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and resolve cross-platform dependencies.
