Mt Hutt Ski Area is now seeking a Snowsports Scheduler to join our award winning team for the 2026 winter season......

Our Snowsports Crew are a large part of our mountain teams and play a big part in helping deliver our promise to our guests. We have a passion for snow and delivering seamless and exceptional customer experiences for our Snowsports guests. Our purpose is simple; Love it, live it, share it!

Your key role will be optimising the use of our Snowsports management system and processes to ensure we deliver seamless customer experiences from booking into private coaching, group lessons, workshops, and programmes, through to connecting with the instructor/s on snow.

About the Role
• you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and completely customer centric. You will be comfortable working with a systems approach to your days, working collaboratively across a number of teams as well as Snowsports
• your key KPIs will include optimising daily, weekly, and monthly capacities in the Snowsports School in order to maximise revenue opportunities, yield, and other metrics that drive our performance. Your role will enable all stakeholders to have visibility over real-time capacity to maximise every opportunity for guests to book in
• our Snowsports Schedulers have a unique opportunity to contribute to the performance of our Snowsports Schools as well as ensuring guests have a seamless experience from booking through to connecting with their instructors, and that they have way more fun with us than without us!
About You
• committed to the deliver of outstanding customer experiences
• reservations management applications experience an advantage
• effective and empathetic communicator - you will be collaborating and advising other teams across the customer journey to snow
• in conjunction with our Systems Operations Specialist, maximise your understanding and capability in the use of our continually innovating online e-commerce and resort management applications
• understand that our season are subject to the vagaries of the weather, mountain conditions and business levels
Skills and Qualifications
• previous instructing or coaching experience may be an advantage but not essential
