We are looking for a creative, social-first Junior Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team for a 12-month contract.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our Logitech social media channels, acting as a key link between internal marketing teams and our Global Social Media Agency. You will help translate strategic objectives into platform-native content that drives engagement with our key audiences, fans and communities.

Agency Management & Workflow
Reporting to our Senior Social Media Strategist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day collaboration with our Global Social Media Agency to ensure best in class content execution and readiness.
Coordinate on-time asset delivery, reviews, approvals, and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the always-on content strategy.
Maintain and oversee the social media content calendar, based on brand campaigns, seasonal moments and social trends.
Content Strategy & Briefing
Translate social media strategy into clear, actionable monthly content briefs.
Ensure content aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and key moments in culture and brand calendar.
Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, Comms, and Digital Teams to gather inputs and align messaging.
Quality Control & Trend Integration
Review and provide feedback on all social media content prior to publication.
Review planning and posting cadence across channels.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic direction.
Monitor platform trends, formats, and emerging best practices, proactively recommending relevant opportunities for the brand.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how audiences engage with them.
Clear and confident communicator, able to provide constructive creative feedback.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or in-house).
Experience managing content calendars and writing creative briefs.
Solid knowledge of major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
