You’ll work towards high test automation coverage by writing highly testable code. To do this, some of what you’ll do is: · Participate in designing, developing, maintaining and implementing solutions that meet approved standards and specifications.· Understand business needs to translate them into software designs of components and subsystems.· Perform code reviews to improve code quality, to reduce security concerns and to ensure we own a healthy codebase.· Troubleshoot application production issues by performing application analysis, debugging, code modifications and functional testing.· Participate in technical refinement of user stories, backlog grooming, spiking, proof-of-concepts.· Perform regular code reviews within teams and across the organisation to ensure we maintain a healthy code base.· Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure a high level of CI/CD automation. You contribute to healthy engineering practices, and enjoy collaborating in agile teams. You’re proactive, pragmatic, and eager to learn, mentor others, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet business needs. You’ll also have:· A Bachelor’s degree in a software development-related subject· 3+ years of professional experience in Java Springboot and NodeJS programming.· Experience developing and managing microservices using a container-based architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
