Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- 1 year of experience with Computer Vision (e.g., image classification and processing, object detection, visual search), video generation, or signal processing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative computer vision and machine learning technology for applications in the field of spatial AI and context awareness.
- Productionalize innovative computer vision, deep learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the area of third-dimension (3D) scene understanding, including the design and implementation of such algorithms targeted at XR devices such as headsets and glasses.
- Lead the charge in developing and deploying Sensing across a range of XR products and use-cases.
- Collaborate strategically, directly interfacing with system owners to jointly define roadmaps for major XR perception endpoints.
- Scale our impact by developing robust systems and processes that ensure XR perception can support geometric and semantic sensing across a range of products and use cases
