In this onsite, full-time role you will set team priorities, manage talent, and shepherd mid-term technical direction across multiple teams and sites, with a large product budget. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in technical leadership, 2+ years people management, plus experience with management, project execution, Ethernet switching and stakeholder management. Preferred include a Master’s degree or PhD, matrixed organization experience, and strong C and C++ skills with large codebases.
