Transport for NSW is seeking a Solution Architect - BPM to lead the design and delivery of business process and workflow automation, ensuring scalable, efficient solutions that align with enterprise architecture and governance while delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate has strong BPM/BPA experience with platforms such as Pega (PRPC and Infinity) and RPA, plus full stack development skills (React/Next.js, Node, Java/ASP.NET) and Power Platform, with excellent stakeholder engagement in heavily regulated environments and exposure to GenAI. In this role, you'll:
You will be involved in leading the design and delivery of business process and workflow automation solutions, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with business needs and program outcomes.
You will support domain technical leadership and architectural governance, ensuring all solutions align with enterprise architecture, standards, processes and organisational rules.
You will be responsible for working across stakeholders and delivery teams to identify optimisation opportunities, drive technical outcomes and deliver solutions that achieve measurable business value.

About you
You have strong experience in BPM/BPA solutions, including platforms such as Pega (PRPC and Infinity) and RPA, with the ability to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions.
You have strong technical capability across modern application development, including full-stack technologies (e.g. React/Next.js, Node, Java/ASP.NET) and platforms such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
You have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in enterprise or highly regulated environments, and exposure to emerging technologies such as GenAI and agentic solution design.
