Embrace is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer for UK remote work to help mobile and web developers build better user experiences with our OpenTelemetry based observability platform used across 100M plus devices. In this role you will represent the company as an expert communicator and technologist, own the integration strategy for prospects and customers, root-cause issues, influence product direction, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to improve docs and tools. The ideal candidate has 3 plus years in a mobile or web developer, sales engineer, or solutions engineer role at a B2B software company, familiarity with iOS and Android toolchains, Linux or Mac command line proficiency, and coding knowledge in Python, Java, Objective-C or Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript, plus a customer focused, low ego mindset and willingness to travel. OTE is $130k to $160k with equity and benefits.
