Royal London seeks a Sonata Senior Configuration Analyst to guide the Bravura Sonata platform turning UK pensions and ISAs requirements into config and overseeing changes, testing and releases. This permanent hybrid role is based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Alderley Park Wilmslow. You will lead design, configuration and change delivery, governance and vendor engagement, and help build knowledge assets to reduce dependency. Skills include production configuration experience with UK pensions and ISAs, translating regulatory requirements into design, SQL and Sonata data model knowledge; workflow or multi-source of truth experience is a plus. The role acts as a key advisor across product configuration, platform capability, solution design, business process alignment, change delivery, and continuous improvement. The Sonata Senior Configuration Analyst works closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure Sonata remains stable, scalable, and fit for purpose.
